Harry Bovensmann, the managing director, is European (Germany) and immigrated to South Africa in 2007. He was Honorary Treasurer of the Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industry for 5 consecutive years and was President of Rotary Club “Noon Gun”.

His vast professional experience and network includes the following:

• more than 15 years of international business experience on executive level in CFO matters
• deep knowledge of various industries, such as ICT, FMCG, multimedia, retail, wholesale – to name a few
• well experienced in US- and pan-European corporate structures
• extensively familiar with re-organisation and restructuring in corporate environment
• knows how to execute business process outsourcing matters, e.g. set-up of Shared-Service-Centres
• expertise in international credit management
• field tested in upgrading and/or implementation of new systems, e.g. RetailPRO, OMNI, Oracle
• competent expertise in corporate and company law (Germany, the Netherlands, and South Africa)
• excellently connected to business associations in South Africa and the European Union
